CREATE A PERSONALIZED ESCAPE PLAN AWAY FROM FREQUENT, INTENSE, UNWANTED EMOTIONS.

  • On day 1, experience the transformative Depression, Anxiety, Trauma (DAT) Escape Room in New Orleans, where the Brain Coach guides you through approximately 8 hours of specialized education, skill-building, and mental health reset training. Learn effective strategies to navigate and manage your relationship with "DAT", empowering you to break free from their constraints and reclaim your life. Join us to foster resilience and enhance your mental well-being in a supportive environment using physical, emotional, and spiritual insight.​

  • Day 2 is optional, but recommended. 45 minute individualized coaching sessions are offered to fine tune skills learned the previous day at the same location only for those who attended "DAT" group. â€‹

  • Only 10  group spaces are available on July 23, 2026 and only 10 group spaces are available on July 30, 2026. â€‹

​

  • The fee for the group session is $150.00 for the day (8 am-12:00 & 1:00pm -3:00pm). ​

  • The fee for the individual coaching session the next day is $125 for 45 minutes. â€‹

​

  • Some lodging available onsite:  2309 Louisiana Ave. New Orleans, Louisiana. Call Chris Wallace at 504-339-9711 and inform him that you will be attending the Escape Room "DAT" Experience. He will provide you will lodging details and prices. â€‹

All remaining fees are due no later than July 3, 2026.  The registration fee is non-refundable after June 30, 2026. â€‹

Call 337-828-7390. The Office manager will return your call within the week.  The private practice ​will be closed the entire month of July 2026.
